The Fairfield High School girls golf team picked up their first victory of the season, defeating Middletown 208–277 over 9 holes at Walden Ponds Golf Club.

Senior Chloe Cusick led the way with a round of 43, followed by Madison Baker with a 49. Jordin Adams-Jones (Jr) and Lakayla Morris (Sr) each carded 58, while Lindsay Oppelt (Sr) added a 66 and Ada Seppala (Sr) finished with a 72.

The team will look to build on this result as they continue their schedule in the coming weeks.
