Fairfield Girls Golf Continues Success

Fairfield's girls' golf team achieved three more victories long after the season ended. In preparation for the upcoming graduation of the class of 2026, Fairfield released the list of the top fifteen (15) class rankings.

When the list of names was revealed, three of the top fifteen were senior golfers on the girls' varsity golf team.  Madison Baker, Ada Seppala,  and Lindsay Oppelt not only represented the Indians on the golf course, but all also reached the threshold of AP Scholar at varying levels.

Madison Baker, with her 4.887 grade point average, was not only an AP Scholar with Distinction, but she was also the salutatorian for the 2026 senior class. In addition, Ada Seppala—third in ranking with a 4.783 grade point average—achieved AP Scholar with Honors along with Lindsay Oppelt, who ranked fourteenth in the class with a 4.585 grade point average.

Furthermore, all three athletes distinguished themselves as leaders around school and the community in various ways as National Honor Society members. The Lady Indians will miss this trinity of talent after graduation.
